Making the Decision to Homeschool

To some, this may be a bit of a surprise considering what I do in the homeschool community these days... but I never wanted to homeschool. For a variety of reasons, but things changed and so did my opinion of homeschooling. It's fraught with questions, concerns, fears and more. But it's full of joy - more than I could ever have imagined!

It's my sincere hope that this segment will help convince you... if you're even a little bit on the fence about homeschooling - and please don't hesitate to contact me if you feel the need. Part of the mission here is to help as many new homeschoolers get started.

Gail is a mom to four kids, two of whom are at home being homeschooled. She teaches violin and viola, and wrote Teach Your Kids Music in 12 Weeks, and blogs sporadically at As Editor in Chief of Learning Tangent, she oversees the daily operations of the magazine.
